Wandest (wandest.com) is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter sign-up and no analytics or advertising pixels.
What is collected
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time so it can deliver pages and block abuse. We do not combine that data with anything else or use it to profile visitors.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. Google's own privacy policy covers that request.
The hiking time calculator runs entirely in your browser. The packing checklist remembers your ticks in your own browser storage only; nothing is sent to us, and you can clear it at any time with the Clear all button.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. The hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it detects unusual traffic.
Your choices
Because we hold no personal profile on you, there is usually nothing to export or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, write to contact@wandest.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we add analytics, forms or advertising, this page will say so before it happens.
